Happiness! We take great pride in the quality of our products and service, and hope you are satisfied with every PUREfactory Naturals purchase you make. However, if you are not happy, then we are not happy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase by following the instructions provided on the box slip. Products returned after 30 days of date of purchase may be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value; no refunds will be given.
Damaged Items (We hope this never happens.)
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-973-3780, or email to: info@purefactorynaturals.com. We’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
